The Truro City FC Residential Academy provides a full-time residential football environment for players who want their development to be planned, measured and supported on a daily basis.

The programme sits within the wider Truro City FC ecosystem, giving residents access to professional standards, experienced staff, competitive fixtures and a pathway network across the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.

Each player begins with an Individual Residential Plan. This plan defines their current level, their development priorities and the route they are working towards, then becomes the basis for regular review throughout the residency.

This pathway supports players who are working towards a professional contract or trial opportunity. It is suitable for players coming from college, semi-professional football or a non-traditional route who need a structured environment, match exposure and pathway support through the club and agency network.

This pathway is designed for players taking a year between academic or sporting commitments. The focus is on improving football readiness, building match footage, strengthening the player profile and preparing for the next step, including the US college soccer route through Oliver Charles Sports where relevant.

For high school-age players combining education and football.

This pathway is for international high school students who want their secondary education to sit alongside a full-time football development programme. Through the relationship with Truro School, players can pursue their education in a strong academic environment while training within the Academy structure throughout the school year.

Founded in 1889, Truro City FC is Cornwall's professional football club and competes in the National League South on the English professional football pyramid. The club operates from a new and developing stadium, with an ownership group and football structure focused on long-term growth.
